Thangavel Ramaraj is a Manager with RealFoundations Managed Services India and has been working in service and property accounting since 2003. In his current role as Manager of RFMS Accounting Services, Thangavel oversees team management, client deliverables as per SLA, client meetings, escalations, management reporting, quarterly business review, effort projection for new clients, staff forecasting, KPI and appraisal discussions.

Prior to joining RealFoundations in 2021, Thangavel spent three years with Teleperformance Global Services as an Operation Manager, responsible for GL Accounting, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, sub-ledger reconciliations, consolidated financials, client meeting facilitation, etc.

Prior to Teleperformance Global Services, Thangavel spent five years with Tata Teleservices Limited, 4 years with Ampa Skywalk mall and 6 years with Sodexho Food and allied Services, handling service accounting, retail accounting, budget vs actual analysis, profitability statements, business plan support, and internal and external Audit. His expertise includes client management, management reporting, service accounting, retail accounting and reconciliations.
