Suman Bharath is a Senior Manager with RealFoundations Managed Services India and has been working in  fund support and real estate accounting since 2006. Suman is responsible for RealFoundations Managed Services Accounting delivery, in which he oversees client relationship and people management, including handling escalations, leveraging leading practices, facilitating management reporting and quarterly business review, creating effort projections for new clients, and providing staff forecasting with KPI and appraisal contributions.

Prior to joining RealFoundations in 2016, Suman worked as Deputy Manager for Franklin Templeton, responsible for delivering bank reconciliations, consolidated financials, cash flow statements, etc. He was also involved in coaching, mentoring, and evaluating the team members’ performance.

Suman graduated from Anna University with a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Marketing.
