Sathish Kumar is the Manager of Marketing & Sales Enablement and Enterprise Content Enablement at RealFoundations, with over 14 years’ experience serving global consulting firms. Sathish leads a team of resources responsible for supporting the firm’s digital presence and brand awareness activities, business development, market research, process improvement, quality assurance, as well as creating innovative tools (such as VBA Macro, PowerApps and PowerBI) that support the dissemination of the firm’s collective knowledge and capabilities, while adhering to brand standards and producing leverageable templates that enable consistent client delivery in the firm’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Prior to joining RealFoundations in 2015, Sathish worked as a project coordinator for RR Donnelley where he served international consulting firms BCG and Blackstone. In this role he was responsible for coordinating projects, providing quality assurance, training, performance reviews, and managing incoming requests.

Sathish holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Anna University.
