Sandeep Madhurantakam is a Senior Manager with RealFoundations Managed Services India and has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2015. Within his current role as Manager of RFMS Accounting Services, Sandeep is responsible for managing accounting clients, handling client meetings, ensuring delivery adheres to the service level agreement, escalating client issues, providing process training to the team members, coaching and providing performance reviews for the team members, leveraging leading practices across all teams in Accounting Services, supporting process consistency across teams and clients, management reporting, quarterly business review, effort projection for new clients, KPI and appraisal discussion for the team.

Prior to joining RealFoundations in 2015, Sandeep served as Senior Financial Analyst with RR Donnelley for five years. During his tenure at RR Donnelley, was responsible for helping the US clients in filing their 10K and 10Q reports with the SEC in XBRL format.

Sandeep holds an MBA in Finance from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati.
