Nisha Vinodh is an Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition with RealFoundations Managed Services India and has been working in Talent Acquisition since 2015. She is exceptionally strong in employee selection and assessment, talent management, employee retention and employee engagement.

Nisha is a goal-oriented recruitment professional with high energy for sourcing and recruiting top talent across all service lines.  

Prior to joining RealFoundations in 2015, Nisha has worked with Serco Global Services & Perot Systems where she has built a strong passion for Recruitment and Talent Management.
