Madhusoothanan Sankaranambi is a Manager at RealFoundations Managed Services India and has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2011. In his current role as Manager for RFMS Accounting Services, Madhu is responsible for client meetings, escalations, leveraging leading practices, facilitating management reporting and quarterly business review, creating effort projections for new clients, and providing staff forecasting with KPI and appraisal contributions.

Prior to joining RealFoundations in 2014, Madhu spent around four years with Smarthaas Management Service Pvt Ltd (SmartFin Services) as a Team Lead and his responsibilities included process and team management, reporting team performance to senior management, and training new associates with respect to process and client requirements.

Prior to Smarthaas Management Services Pvt Ltd, Madhu spent two years with IRIS KPO Resourcing (India) Pvt Ltd as an Accounts Executive, responsible for maintaining books of accounts (UK accounting), preparing financials and VAT reconciliation, etc. Prior to IRIS KPO Resourcing I Pvt Ltd Madhu worked in Indian accounts as an accountant for 10 years.
