Damo is a seasoned project management and business transformation professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and automation. He currently serves as the Associate Director of Automation at RealFoundations India, driving impactful transformation initiatives and delivering measurable results for clients by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing scalable automation strategies.

Damo brings over a decade of experience in executing innovative solutions to optimize efficiency, enhance quality, and streamline complex business processes. Prior to joining RealFoundations, he led offshore back-office operations for the credit card division of a large British bank and served as a Process Excellence Consultant for a Fortune 500 company. In these roles, he specialized in managing and delivering large-scale transformation projects across various industries, including finance, real estate, and healthcare.

A graduate in Computer Science and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP-PMI) with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (KPMG), Damo also holds advanced credentials in RPA platforms like UiPath and Automation Anywhere. Additionally, he has certifications in Business Process Design from MIT Sloan Executive Education and Enterprise Design Thinking from IBM.
