Alagesan Masilamani is a Senior Manager with RealFoundations Managed Services India and has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2009. Alagesan is well versed in all functions of lease abstraction, lease administration, CAM reconciliations, Argus modeling, and client relationship management. In his current role, Alagesan is responsible for the onboarding, execution, and delivery of RFMS Lease Services.

Prior to joining RealFoundations in 2014, Alagesan served as Subject Matter Expert (Level F), at Accenture Credit Services (formerly known as Zenta Knowledge Services India Pvt. Ltd), responsible for training new staff members, reviewing the work, monitoring, and reporting the team’s production to management.

Alagesan graduated from Madras University with a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management.
